Ashley LaCavalla joined Match Charter Public School in 2019 and currently serves as the Director of College and Career Counseling at Match High School. With 10 years of experience working in college and career access, Ashley’s work has included coaching college and independent counselors, consulting with schools, and presenting at national and state conferences on topics such as college access curriculum mapping, applying as a first-generation college student, and supporting low-income students and their families through the financial aid application process. Ashley has a bachelor's from Boston College, and a master's of education in school counseling from Columbia University’s Teachers College.
