Kathryn Starke is a national urban literacy consultant, reading specialist, author of "Amy’s Travels" and "Tackle Reading," and founder of Creative Minds Publications, LLC, an educational publishing company. She created the annual Tackle Reading day supported by the NFL and NFL Alumni.
