Tanji Reed Marshall is the Director of P-12 Practice at the Education Trust where she works with states, school districts, and partners with other organizations to use data in uncovering educational inequities to provide pathways forward for all students, particularly students of color and those experiencing or living in economic uncertainty, have access to an equitable, high-quality learning environment.
